Weekend Community Carers - Leigh, Atherton & Tyldesley Areas
31/07/10We are seeking Weekend Community Carers to work in the Atherton, Leigh and Tyldesley areas of the Wigan Borough, supporting people in their own homes by providing personal care, meal preparation, medication, conversation and shopping trips.
Access to a car for work is essential. Flexible hours available - 3hrs to 12hrs per day, working either every weekend or alternate weekends. Additional hours may also be available during the week.
Rate of pay £7.15 per hour plus travel time and mileage payments.
The ideal candidate(s) will be 18+ years old, reliable and caring with a ’common sense’ attitude. CRB check required for all applicants.

Evening Community Carers - Friday, Saturday, Sunday Evenings
31/07/10We are seeking Weekend Community Carers to work in the Skelmersdale, Ormskirk and surrounding areas, supporting people in their own homes by providing assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication and a friendly face with a little conversation!
Access to a car for work is essential. Working either every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening, or alternatively one week on and one week off. Additional hours may also be available during the week.
Rate of pay £5.95 per hour (without NVQ Care 2) or £6.25 per hour (with NVQ Care 2) and mileage payments.
The ideal candidate(s) will be 18+ years old, reliable and caring with a ’common sense’ attitude. CRB check required for all applicants.

Maintenance Operative, Burscough
30/07/10Our Nursing Home in Liverpool Road South, Burscough is seeking a ’Maintenance Operative’ to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The candidate will be required to carry out all normal, day-to-day maintenance & repair responsibilities within the Home and it’s grounds, and ideally have experience and abilities in general DIY jobs. All work must by carried out in compliance with Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures - full induction and training will be provided..

Agency Carers Required
29/07/10Ongoing work is available on an Agency basis within the company’s five Nursing and Residential Homes (being located in Skelmersdale, Ormskirk, Burscough, St Helens & Nelson) with various shifts (including days and nights Monday to Sunday) available.
Rate of pay £7.00 to £8.50 per hour. Experience not essential as full training and support provided.

Day Supervisors & Night Supervisors - Ormskirk
29/07/10We require both ’Day Supervisors’ and ’Night Supervisors’ at our 45 bed Residential Home in Ormskirk, to join our dedicated, professional team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment.
DAY SUPERVISOR : working 42 hours per week, flexible shifts but generally 3 x long days and 1 x short (’long’ = 8am-8pm and ’short’ = either 8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm).
NIGHT SUPERVISOR : working 36 hours per week, shift hours = 8pm-8am.
